Dodon ‘til Dusk was so much fun, we couldn’t wait until next summer to invite you all back to and enjoy dinner cooked for you by the team at April’s Table. Dodon ‘til Dusk - Winter Edition will be hosted in the Tasting Room every other Friday, starting January 8th through March 19th. April’s Table has designed warm and delectable seasonal meals that pair well with your favorite Dodon Wines. Reservations are due no later that 12:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to dinner. Dodon wines are not included in the dinner price, but are available for purchase by the glass and bottle.

The menu for March 19, 2027, is below. All prices include service, tax, and gratuity and are paid to April’s Table.

Entrees - $50 each

Chicken Pot Pie with corn, potatoes, mushrooms, aromatics, mirepoix, & a flaky crust (contains gluten & dairy)

Crispy Pork Schnitzel with spinach Spätzle, Riesling whole-grain mustard cream, & warm braised red cabbage with apples (gluten free, contains dairy)

Roasted Garlic, Cauliflower, & Spinach Wellington with herbed cream (contains gluten & dairy)

Dessert - $10 each

Earl Grey Crème Brûlée with poached citrus & toasted pistachios (contains dairy, gluten free)
