A relaxed, yet refined, evening at the vineyard, where seasonal cuisine is prepared fresh on-site by our friends from April’s Table and enjoyed alongside Dodon wines. Held every other Friday from 4:00–8:00 PM at the pavilion and hillside, beginning May 8th and continuing through October, each evening offers a new menu and a chance for guests to gather, linger, and savor the beauty of the season as the sun sets over the vines.

Beef Bourgignon: red wine braised beef, root vegetables, herbs, creamy mashed potatoes, crispy onions
