Veraison Lunch with Grapes Wine Bar

Join us for lunch in the vineyard as we celebrate veraison - the celebratory moment when wine grapes turn from green to red. Grapes Wine Bar's Executive Chef Travers and his team will offer the following menu: 

Passed Appetizers
Heirloom Tomato Kabobs & Mini Crab Cakes served with Dodon Chardonnay 2015

First Course 
Watermelon salad with pickled watermelon rind, arugula, mint ice, feta and balsamic onions served with Dodon Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Second Course
Creekstone New York Strip served with wild mushrooms, spinach puree, fingerling potatoes and cognac gelee served with Dodon South Slope 2015.

Summer Berry Trifle
