Dodon 'til Dusk is a Club Member only recurring event at which we gather at the pavilion for a casual picnic dinner each Summer Sunday.

Sunday June 3rd

Gazpacho - served Madrid style with sour cream and rustic bread

Maryland Crab Cakes - 6oz crab cake served with tarragon tartar sauce, heirloom tomatoes and roasted fingerling potatoes

Cioppino - seafood stew with shrimp, clams, crab and fish served with warm baguette

Tri-tip beef - served on arugula and avocado salad with heirloom tomatoes and caramelized onions

Vegetarin Option - Italian white bean and panzanella salad

Pavlova - with fresh berries and cream

Sunday June 10th

Rib Eye Steak - served with roasted potatoes, watercress and horseradish butter

Vegetarin Option - Grilled portobello mushrooms served with polenta and a warm spinach salad

Zabaglione - with fresh berries and cream
