Dodon Wine Club members are invited to pickup their allocation on Saturday, April 28 from 1 - 5 pm. The Spring allocation includes the following:
- Two bottles of Dodon Sauvignon Blanc 2017: Dodon's Sauvignon Blanc 2017 offers bright tropical and citrus notes with hints of lavendar and thyme, crisp acidity, and lively minerality that reflects Dodon's deep soils containing layers of compacted oyster shells. Aged sur lie for 5 months. 600 cases bottled March 2018. Pair with lemon chicken, capers, and olives or fresh oysters. $27 per bottle.
- Two bottles of Chardonnay 2016: Dodon's Chardonnay 2016 offers a rich and creamy texture, complex layers of baked apple, brioche, citrus, pear and vanilla with balanced acidity. Oak fermented and aged in neutral barrels. 101 cases bottled August 2017. Pair with seared sea bass topped with buerre blanc. $28 per bottle.
- Two bottles of South Slope 2015: Dodon's South Slope 2015 offers deep ruby color, flint, cherry and plum aromas, balanced acidity, and a rich and accessible palate. 48% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Franc, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot. 400 cases bottled August 2017. Pair with roast lamb or duck. $31 per bottle.
